Backend Engineer II

• Develop and deploy complex software for our current AI products and technologies, with a strong focus on Python and the Django/Django Rest Framework. • Collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and project managers to design and create comprehensive software solutions. • Maintain and support our current backend projects, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Create comprehensive unit, functional, and automation testing for the developed software, ensuring high code quality and reliability. • Analyze and deeply understand complex business requirements, breaking them down into detailed, actionable development scenarios. • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest software technologies, actively evaluating and choosing the right technology for each product and project. • Work effectively and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced agile environment. • Work with and enhance our current software development life cycle, including contributing to DevOps concepts such as continuous integration and automated testing. • Collaborate and integrate seamlessly with frontend developers and other team members, ensuring robust end-to-end solutions.
